Read More ⟶As one of the core departments of Asian Women Development Plan International (AWDPI), the research team strives to provide effective support and assistance for program design and implementation, enabling evidence-based practice in helping victims of gender-based violence, particularly Asian females who reside abroad. Our team members are from multidisciplinary backgrounds such as psychology, sociology, public policy, public health, anthropology, international studies, journalism, mass media, and communications. We adhere to a rigorous scientific approach and publish research reports, popular science articles, and journals on issues related to domestic abuse, women’s protection, and gender equality. With the assistance and supervision of experts and advisors, we aim to provide practical solutions for non-profit organizations who have similar mission, sharing our ideas, strategies, and worldviews, and Avoice also looks for more opportunities for women empowerment through multidisciplinary lens. Our goal is to do our best to make a breakthrough on the current problems and to use public welfare practice as a platform to connect theory and practice.
